Production history

Drishyam: The Conclusion is the third Hindi film in the series after Drishyam (2015) and Drishyam 2 (2022). Abhishek Pathak directs, co-writes and co-produces it for Panorama Studios and Star Studio18. The Hindi version was confirmed in May 2025 as an adaptation of the third Malayalam film. Reports that the two versions would be shot and released together were dismissed by Malayalam director Jeethu Joseph, who said the original would come first. In May 2026 he confirmed that the Hindi film would have a different storyline, and Wikipedia describes it as an original story not tied to the Malayalam version. The title was revealed in August 2026.

Akshaye Khanna was set to return from Drishyam 2 but left over creative and financial disagreements, and Jaideep Ahlawat replaced him. Prakash Raj joined in February 2026. Filming began in Mumbai in December 2025, continued in Goa from January 2026 and was completed in June 2026. The reported budget is about ₹120 crore.

Trailer and music

The official trailer was launched on 9 September 2026 at an event in Panjim, Goa. Ravi Basrur, Rochak Kohli and Karma composed the songs to lyrics by Manoj Muntashir, Aamil Keeyan Khan and Karma, and Amar Mohile composed the background score. The first single, "Vingansa", was released on 17 September 2026 and the second, "Muskura Do", on 23 September 2026.
