Mysaa Story
IMDb's logline describes Rashmika's character as unafraid of war and determined to find the one answer she has searched for her whole life.
Release date and status
UnFormula Films announced the release date on 1 September 2026 with a new poster: Mysaa opens worldwide in cinemas on 27 November 2026 ("IN CINEMAS WORLDWIDE ON 27.11.26"). The Hollywood Reporter India covered the announcement, and IMDb lists the same date. We label it expected until certification. Besides the original Telugu, a Hindi version of the teaser has been released, and IMDb also lists Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada versions.
Premise
The makers call Mysaa "a high-octane emotional action thriller" set in the world of the Gond tribes. Rashmika Mandanna plays a Gond woman in what they describe as a transformative role. The release-date poster shows her streaked with blood, holding a spear, with broken iron shackles on one wrist, against a burning battlefield. The September teaser was subtitled "A Daughter's Promise".
