Train Story
As the title suggests, almost everything happens on a moving train. A man takes on armed men on board in an attempt to rescue the hostages they are holding.
Release date
Train was shot some time ago but sat without a date for long. In October 2026 Kalaippuli S. Thanu announced 4 December 2026 for a worldwide release. Times of India linked the decision to the box office success of Baththa. The film has a U/A certificate, so a trailer and advance bookings should follow in November. We mark the date as confirmed because it comes from the producer.
Mysskin and Vijay Sethupathi
Mysskin is known for tense, stylised thrillers such as Anjathe, Thupparivaalan and Psycho. Pairing him with Vijay Sethupathi in a single-location thriller on a train suits Mysskin's love of long, carefully staged action scenes.
